This weekend was fun. I moved to the Baltimore area almost three years ago and every year I plan to go to Artscape, but always end up not going because of one thing or another. This year I made it! If you're wondering what Artscape is, well it is only the largest free art festival. From music, to dance, to poetry, to painting to crafts, food. Of course fashion, and the weirdest things you'd ever see. This is one of the tops I made from Ghana, it actually comes with a skirt but I paired it with white linen pants and red minimal flats.
